If you are not satisfied with your product,
you may return it within the first 30 days for a full refund. Please
follow the RMA refund procedure (A) below.
A. RMA REFUND PROCEDURE 1. Send us an email explaining which product(s) you wish to return. Be sure to include your phone number for our support department. 2. We will respond with a phone or email confirmation, and you will be given an RMA number. 3. Repackage the refund items. Please include a copy of your email from step 1 and your RMA number. Send the package to us by mail and be sure to declare it as having a $0 value for customs -- this is very important to avoid a duty charge. Packages with duty charges will not be accepted. Please do NOT send packages by UPS or courier services, as they may incur handling charges. 4. Send all refund units to: RETURNED GOODS for REFUND - NO DUTY APPLICABLE ATTN: RMA Matias Corporation 95 Cousins Drive Aurora, Ontario, L4G 1B5 Canada 5. Within a few days of receiving your returned item, we will issue you a full refund for that returned item (we'll also refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error). We do not charge restocking fees.
B. EMA PRODUCT EXCHANGE PROCEDURE 1. Send us an email explaining which product(s) you wish to return. Be sure to include your phone number for our support department. 2. Please also enclose a copy of your email from step 1 and your EMA number. Send the package to us by mail and be sure to declare it as having a $0 value for customs -- this is very important to avoid a duty charge. Packages with duty charges will not be accepted. When we receive your returned item, we will ship you a replacement unit immediately.
